Cutting back on your calorie consumption is simpler said than done. It's one body to commence reducing calories, however it's another body to stay on the program extended enough to achieve your goal and then maintain your fresh weight. Who among us has not experienced the yo-yo effect, losing, affirm 10 pounds and then gaining them fair back? Why is permanent weight loss so dense? Is it since lack of motivation?
