Small towns find themselves in the position of HAVING to do MORE with LESS. Revenues are down, staff is over worked and under manned. The demand for AUTOMATION is at an all age high, with just one minor difficulty, FINANCES. Most small towns with less than 6,000 human beings simply can't afford an IT staff or to hire a programming firm to get them the desperately needed forms and systems online to relieve the labor intensive processes being done by palm. And buying software such as Summit or InCode is an expensive proposition with ROIs sometimes in years, and if you have to have them customize it, add much more age for that ROI.
