Avoid Trans Fats (Hydrogenated Oils)

Avoid Trans Fats (Hydrogenated Oils)

Some fats are quite harmful. Not surprisingly, researchers have found that the least desirable types of fats are male-made. These are the Trans fats, also known as hydrogenated from polyunsaturated fats (which are excellent fats), they have been chemically altered by aliment companies so that they stay solid at room temperature (reckon of margarine). They are added to cookies, doughnuts, and other action foods, and are used to constitute deserts more moist and crackers more palatable. Hydrogenated fats also lengthens the shelf lifetime of processed baked foods like pastries, cookies, crackers, which can sit longer in stores before turning rancid. Many commercially prepared fried foods like chips, French fries, and onion rings my also contain large amounts of Trans stout. More information: clic k here
